MAJOR Fredrick S Bower USAF (Res.) - Fighter Pilot (TOOL MAN)

Fred Bower, from Hartford, Michigan graduated from Michigan Tech University with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
He entered the United States Air Force Flight Training at Laughlin AFB, Texas in 1986.

Upon graduating from pilot Training, He was assigned to Minot AFB, ND a Nuclear Alert Base where he flew the KC-135 Tanker. Later he was selected to fly the KC-10 during the Gulf War's Operation DESERT SHIELD/ DESERT STORM.

Later he was selected to train for the U-2 flight operations. Again he was recognized as the Distinguished Graduate of his U-2 training class.

Major Bower flew Top Secret Classified missions throughout the world providing information for our country's security. After six years of U-2 service he accepted the opportunity to fly the A-10. During Major Bower's fourteen-year Air Force career, he flew the T-38 Talon, KC-135, U-2 & the A-10 Thunderbolt II designed for close air support.

Major Bower has over 14,000 flight hours both in the military and as a Captain for a commercial airline.
